Your access to and use of the Website and Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and Customers (hereafter “you”, “them”, or “they”) who:

By accessing or using the Website, Service, or by purchasing Products you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy which can be found here. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Website or Service.

Import Duty
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for any import or custom duty charges

Eligibility
To be eligible to use this Website you must be at least 18 years old. If you use beacon-market.com on behalf of a company, entity, or organization, you must be an authorized representative with the authority to bind it to these Terms and Conditions (which authority you hereby exercise).

Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify you by making the revised version available on this webpage and will indicate at the bottom of this page the date that revisions were last made. You should revisit these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis as revised versions will be binding on you. Any such modification will be effective upon our posting of new Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of this Website after any posted modification to the Terms and Conditions indicates your acceptance of the modification.

Website Availability
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue beacon-market.com.com at our sole discretion, at any time, for any or no reason, and without notice or liability.

Product Availability
beacon-market.com Products are made to order. This includes the Products in the Website shop section. Standard orders take 4-7 weeks*, including production and shipping. 'Rush' orders take 2-3 weeks*, including production and shipping to addresses in the USA. Please choose the 'Rush My Order' option at checkout, and let us know the date by which you need your sign to arrive. We will make every effort to ensure your purchased product reaches you within the stated timeframe but we make no guarantees as issues can arise that are outside of our control. *Customs clearance may increase the delivery time for some countries.

Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or make use of any Service made available through this Website, you may be asked to supply certain relevant information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. For full information on what information we collect and how we use it please see our Privacy Policy. 

beacon-market.com reserves the right to change our prices at any time. 

beacon-market.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel certain orders at our sole discretion. You will be informed of any such refusal or cancellation within a reasonable timeframe, and a reason for the refusal or cancellation will be provided.

Payment and Billing
Shop Signs and Products - Payment for all signs and products ordered through the beacon-market.com online shop is taken at the point of sale. You can choose to pay by PayPal or by using a major credit card. 

Create Your Own Neon Signs - Payment for all custom-made signs that you design online using our Create Your Own Neon tool is taken at the point of sale. You can choose to pay by PayPal or by using a major credit card. 

Bespoke Signs Designed by Us - Payment is required in full before production can begin. Once you have approved a design you will receive an invoice via email which can be paid via Paypal or by using a major credit card. When payment has been made your sign will go into production.

Our Design Service
We are happy to offer a free design service to our customers, providing one or more designs for your approval, at no extra charge. If you have a change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before the sign goes into production we will happily offer a partial or full refund. Once a custom sign order is approved and has gone into production we are no longer able to offer a refund. Please note that a custom sign is automatically approved if "NO" design proof is selected when ordering.

Returns & Refunds
beacon-market.com offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. beacon-market.com will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault and is at the sole discretion of beacon-market.com.

---- Please contact us at info@beacon-market.com.com to let us know which products you wish to return and why attaching a short video of your sign as well as photos. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.

---- If a return has been agreed please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all of its original packaging.

---- If a return has been agreed the faulty item must be returned for inspection by beacon-market.com within 14 days of when you received the product.

---- If a replacement has been agreed beacon-market.com will endeavor to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.

---- If a full or partial refund has been agreed beacon-market.com will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.

beacon-market.com Warranty
beacon-market.com products include a 36-month warranty that covers electrical components when used appropriately. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between beacon-market.com and the purchaser. 

Warranty Coverage for Hard-Wired & Installed Signs

 

beacon-market.com bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hard-wired, beacon-market.com takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or reinstalling your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our 36-month warranty.

Gift Cards
beacon-market.com Gift Cards are redeemable when: 

making a custom sign using our online design tool;

purchasing items from our Shop;

and when you have neon art custom-made by sending a quote request to our team.

beacon-market.com Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. 

No portion of the Gift Card's value may be redeemed for any other purpose than to purchase a product from beacon-market.com. 

beacon-market.com Gift Cards may not be used with any other discounts or promotions. 

beacon-market.com Gift Cards may not be purchased using discount codes or any other promotional codes or offers. 

Treat your Gift Card like cash, lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. 

Gift Cards cannot be canceled or refunded. 

Products that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Card may only be returned in line with beacon-market.com's Returns & Refunds policy which is detailed above. 

Products that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Card may not be exchanged. 

Gift Cards must be used in a single purchase. No credit will be given for any remaining value left on the Gift Card. 

You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.

Copyright and Trademarks
The content, trademarks, artwork, and LED neon signs (the Product) for sale on https://beacon-market.com.com are the exclusive property of beacon-market.com. Copyright in all designs offered for sale on the beacon-market.com website and produced by beacon-market.com shall remain the property of beacon-market.com unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You warrant to beacon-market.com that you have copyright in, or a license to authorize beacon-market.com to reproduce all materials supplied by you to beacon-market.com for the purpose of the Product. You expressly authorize beacon-market.com to reproduce all and any of such works for the purposes of the Product. 

You warrant you have the right to use applicable trademarks which may be incorporated in any Product. 

You indemnify and agree to keep beacon-market.com indemnified against all liability, losses, or expenses incurred by beacon-market.com in any way directly or indirectly connected with any breach of copyright and trademarks or any third party in relation to any materials supplied by you for the purpose of the Product. 

All Goods and/or Services provided by beacon-market.com may only be used for lawful and ethical purposes. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material. beacon-market.com is not required to produce any goods and/or provide any Services it considers to be unethical, objectionable, threatening, obscene, or pornographic.

Use of the beacon-market.com Online Design Tool and Logo/Image Uploader
We grant you permission to use our online design tool and/or to upload images and logos subject to the restrictions in these Terms and Conditions.

Restrictions on Use
You agree that in using the beacon-market.com Online Design Tool and/or Logo/Image Uploader you will not, and will not assist or enable others: 

---- to promote bigotry or discrimination against protected classes;

---- to promote, support or glorify hatred;

---- to promote, support or glorify violence;

---- to create or promote illegal content;

---- to violate any third-party right, including any breach of confidence, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right;

---- to violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service and, where required, take legal action against anyone who uses the beacon-market.com Online Design Tool and/or Logo/Image Uploader in a manner that is not consistent with the restrictions listed above.
